Legend Corporation Limited (“Legend”) is pleased to advise that it has agreed to be the Authorised Distributor of Emerson’s Appleton range of hazardous area products in Australia and New Zealand.
Appleton’s products will be sold by the Cabac business and stocked in Australia to support development of the comprehensive product line. Cabac is also pleased to announce the appointment of John McKillop, National Business Development Manager for Industrial and Ex. McKillop is a highly regarded expert in the hazardous area equipment field and will lead the specification and business development of the range across the region.
Appleton is a world leading manufacturer of hazardous area equipment and a clear market leader in Asia with a comprehensive catalogue of solutions including, lighting, switchgear/ control, enclosures, accessories and systems solutions. Legend’s expertise in LV, MV & HV industrial products, its NATA certified laboratories and engineering capability as well as local manufacturing will further enhance the product offering in the Australian and New Zealand market.
This is a unique opportunity for the two strong brands, Appleton and Cabac, to join and create unique possibilities for customers in Australia and New Zealand. Appleton’s global leadership position and innovative technologies along with Legend’s distribution and capabilities in ANZ market will offer immense value to our customers.
